Family Meeting

Our annual Family Meeting is Sunday, November 13th, at 5p. As a reminder, here is why this event is important for everyone who is a member of McDonough Christian Church.

The Family Meeting is where…
-We recap the year that was and celebrate all that God has done in 2022.
-We update the congregation on the spiritual and financial health of the Church.
-MCC members will vote on the proposed budget for the year to come.
-MCC members will vote to affirm the men of God who have been nominated for eldership.
-We will cast vision for what the future of MCC looks like in the years to come.

God moved in and through our congregation in some amazing ways. We can’t wait to share more of that with you at the meeting and get to share some cool things that are on the horizon that you’ll get a sneak peek into!

For those who are unable to join us in person, please know we planned this year’s Family Meeting specifically with you in mind.

Here’s what we will be doing:
-The live event will be recorded, and a video link will be sent out via email shortly after the live event so that you can watch the event from start to finish.
-Within that email, there will be a link for you to vote on the proposed 2023 budget and elder candidates.
-Attached to the email will be a PDF document that displays highlights from 2022 and the proposed 2023 budget.
