Take Heart – Tharseo – means to take courage, be of good cheer (or be comforted in), confident in
Tribulation – Thlipsis – means to incredible pressure, affliction, or anguish.
Overcome – Nikao – means to subdue, prevail, or conquer in the face of adversity – explicitly implies struggle or a battle
Faith is not merely belief and intellectual but a Spirit-enabled participation in Christ’s triumph practically.
Jesus shows us what perfect obedience to the Father looks like and empowers us to do the same, no matter what we go through.
