Family Meeting

We are going to do our annual family meeting slightly differently this year. Our annual Family Meeting for members of MCC is Sunday, November 10th, directly after the 11:00a service.

During the 9:15a & 11:00a worship service, we will take time to praise God for the year so far and highlight how we’ve seen Him move this year in the varying ministries of MCC. After the 11:00a service, we will dismiss, take a 10-minute break, and invite MCC members to rejoin us in the Worship Center as we present the 2025 budget, provide updates about our eldership process and DOT projects, and give opportunities to answer any questions following the meeting.

Childcare is provided for kids birth-5th grade. If your kids are already in Kids Ministry, no need to pick them up! They can stay put right where they are and can be checked out of Kids Ministry after the Family Meeting ends.

For those who are unable to join us in person, please know we planned this year’s Family Meeting specifically with you in mind.

Here’s what we will be doing:

• The live event will be recorded and a video link will be sent out via email shortly after so that you can watch the event from start to finish.
• Within that email, there will be a link for you to vote on the proposed 2025 budget and elder candidates.
• Attached to the email will be a PDF document that displays the proposed 2025 budget.
